The Project People & Duty of Care Officer will be responsible for supporting the Bangladesh office people and duty of Care functions. This includes providing full recruitment services, ensuring good people management, support staff learning and capacity building initiatives, and be the projects’ focal point on safeguarding and duty of care, logistics, health and well-being of staff and volunteers.
The ideal candidate should possess a Degree in Human Resources or equivalent, have at least 5 years relevant experience in the development sector with a thorough understanding of Bangladesh employment laws, duty of care and safeguarding.
The role is based in Bangladesh, applicants will have the right to work in Bangladesh.
