Role overview
The purpose of this role is to provide strategic direction and best practice in leading a high performing and dynamic Supporter Care Team.
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, the successful candidate will also be responsible for leading on projects to promote excellent supporter care within fundraising and seek to improve the supporter experience with knowledge of engagement, processes and systems to provide the best service to supporters and members of the public.
This is a permanent role and we are looking to appoint immediately.
Skills, qualifications and experience
* The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with previous experience of working within a fundraising environment.
* We are looking for a highly motivated individual, with a passion for engaging donors who is comfortable in working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
* We are looking for a candidate skilled in strategy and budget-planning with strong organisational skills and a high degree of computer literacy. As well as knowledge on fundraising regulation and best practice in customer care.
* The ideal candidate would have strong experience of working with a database or CRM system such as Raiser's Edge and have experience of working with fundraising groups.
* We are looking for a candidate with a creative and thoughtful approach to problem solving and is a great leader.
