Role overview
We are seeking a CRM Program Manager to lead a programme of work to transform VSO’s approach to managing supporter data. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will work with stakeholders from across organisation to validate the high level CRM roadmap already developed and drive execution of key projects such as system upgrades, creation of a single supporter view tool and rollout of Salesforce to new teams within our organisation.

Skills, qualifications and experience

Essential:
* Previous experience of leading complex programmes of work in an international context.
* Experience of managing CRM and data management projects.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills both written and oral and the ability to build consensus at all levels in the organization.
* Prince2 & MSP or equivalent with understanding of the full software delivery lifecycle both “waterfall” and “agile” approaches.
* Experience of supplier and contract management
* Experience of managing budgets
* Ability to prioritise own workload and that of others.

Desirable:
* Experience of working with Salesforce and Raisers Edge
* Practical experience gained within a volunteering/ Non-Government Organisation/ 3rd sector.

This role is based in London (Kingston upon Thames).
