Business Pursuit Manager
Role Overview:
You will lead business development and support programme development in VSO Pakistan. You will ensure that VSO’s unique volunteering for development approach and People First are at the heart of all that we do; and, that we deliver sustainable change for, and with our primary actors to end poverty and inequality.
Ideal Applicant Summary:
* You have at least 5 years’ experience in developing and implementing funding strategies that deliver income against targets. This includes an ability to research, develop strong relationships with donors and partner organisations.
* You have a proven track record in writing winning donor proposals for donors including USAID, EC, UKAID, SIDA and UN Agencies.
* You have experience in leading on partnership with excellent representational skills, relationship building for influence with substantial experience of networking with a diverse range of stakeholders, including at senior levels.
* You have the ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels internally and externally.
* You have some experience in integrated Programme development preferably one of thematic expertise in Education, Livelihood and Youth, and familiarity with using participatory evidence-based programming approach.
