Role Overview
The focus of this role will be to source high calibre candidates across the professional office functions at VSO, to build networks with candidates and ensure best practice is upheld and implemented globally. The successful candidate will be working closely with hiring managers and the wider resourcing team. A requirement of the role will be to develop and maintain relationships with advertising media outlets, recruitment agencies, apprenticeship providers, universities and other organisations that support VSO source employees. Informed quarterly and annual reporting that details sourcing activity and trends will be expected of the successful candidate.
This role reports to the senior sourcing manager and works with a global team of sourcing specialists.
Skills, qualifications and experience required
Excellent understanding of multi-channel attraction methods.
Natural networker and able to communicate to a wide audience.
Strong appreciation of the importance of people brand.
Understanding of sourcing best practice.
Good experience reporting and analysis.
The successful candidates must have the right to work in the country in which they take up the post.
