Role overview Do you like creating new ideas and are you keen to think beyond the usual approach that most charities take to fundraising This is a new role within VSO's fundraising team and the post holder will provide critical leadership to the newly formed new product and digital team and will lead on the development of new products, audiences and digital fundraising in the UK and internationally.

Skills, qualifications and experience required
- Extensive knowledge of Digital within a fundraising environment - specifically developing new products or audiences
- Track record of developing new ideas or products
- Proven experience of using digital to engage people (audiences) with a cause or product
- An understanding of how charities can and should use social media to recruit and engage new supporters
- An understanding of fundraising internationally
- A proven track record of leading a team and driving growth
