Role overview This is a global leadership role at VSO, with responsibility for assuring the quality of VSO's programming to deliver impact.
The role will involve working with other senior leaders to develop systems, practices and competencies that promote quality assurance.
It will require role modelling and leading on the application of learning and reflective, evidence-based development practice (People First framework) across VSO's global portfolio of work.
Articulate policy positions based on VSO programme evidence through development and maintenance of regional and global networks. Ensuring quality of country level policy and advocacy work.
Skills, qualifications and experience required Practical experience of development work in health, education, livelihoods, youth or inclusion Analytical thinking and ability to plan and deliver strategic and transformational change Commitment to VSO's vision, purpose and values
