Role overview This role is crucial for generating unrestricted income within the Public Fundraising Team at VSO, based in Kingston upon Thames.

The post holder will work in the Community and Volunteer Fundraising Team and engage, manage and develop relationships with community and event supporters, providing outstanding stewardship to maximise sustainable long term income for VSO.

You will be expected to directly support on our special events such as the annual VSO Christmas Carol Concert, and Mansion House Dinner.

Skills, qualifications and experience required The ideal applicant will be meticulously organized, be able to manage a high workload and deal with conflicting deadlines. You will be a confident communicator and be able to solve problems.

You will be a team player and be passionate about VSO's mission.

Some knowledge of the fundraising sector would be a benefit, specifically in the field of Community and Events fundraising.
