Business Partner for matters relating to payroll, benefits, and associated taxes. Responsible for ensuring employees on UK and international contracts are paid accurately, on time, and in accordance with statutory requirements. Providing support for colleagues operating national payrolls.
Experienced payroll manager, with excellent technical knowledge, including UK benefits, pensions, and taxes. Experience of managing payroll for expat staff and, ideally, experience/ knowledge of operating payroll overseas (Africa and Asia). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Service oriented, customer focused approach. Strong IT skills and experience of challenging and improving systems and processes.
